Late check out policy:
- Day use of room until 18:00 will be charged 50% of the room charge.
- Use of the room after 18:00 will be charged 100% of the room charge.

Policy on children staying with parents:
- Children are welcomed to the hotel
- Baby cot, babysitting service, children's activities and children's menu are provided.
- Children 12 years and over will be charged at adult room and meal rate.

Cancellation Policy:

Christmas & New Year Period (~24 Dec to 12 Jan)
- Cancellations made 95 days prior to arrival date incur an 100% of total booking charge.
- Cancellations made 65 days prior to arrival date incur a 100% of total booking charge plus one way seaplane transfer will be charged per passenger booked.

All Other Periods
- Cancellations made45 days prior to arrival date incur a 50% of total booking charge.
- Cancellations made 40 days prior to arrival date incur a 75% of total booking charge.
- Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival date incur a 100% of total booking charge plus one seaplane transfer will be charged per passenger booked.
- All no-shows and early departures incur 100% of invoice value charged.

Minimum Stay Policy
- Guest(s) staying between Christmas & New Year Period (~24 Dec to 12 Jan) must stay a minimum of 7 nights.

Compulsory Transfers - Seaplane
- The resort automatically arranges seaplane transfers on receipt of your flight details.
- Seaplane transfers are charged at US$435.00 per adult & US$230.00 per child (2-11 yrs)
- The resort staff collect guests at the airport and accompanies them by shuttle bus to the separate Seaplane Terminal where there is a private Conrad lounge for guests.

Pre-Booking and Reservations
- Dinners, excursions and private events can be pre booked up to 14 days before guest arrival.
- It is highly recommended that dinner bookings for ITHAA restaurant, Koko Grill, the Wine Cellar and private beach dinners be booked before arrival due to limited number of seats available.
