Due to the nature and structure of the resort, children below 12 years are not welcomed.
- 40 days prior to arrival: 50% of the full payment
- 21 days prior to arrival: 100% of the full payment
- No shows and early departures are also subject to 100% of the full payment.
- Room rates are inclusive breakfast and government bed tax only.
- Rates include applicable tax and service charge of the hotel.
- Third person surcharge is applicable.
Compulsory Seaplane Transportation
- Seaplane transfers are arranged according to your international flights arrival or departure during daytime only. This is also combined with other guests arriving and departing at the same time.
- If you are arriving by a flight to the Maldives after 5pm, you may need to stay at a hotel in Male' city or at the airport hotel prior to your Seaplane the following day.
- Transfers are charged at US$305 per adult.
