As you approach the island you will be surprised by the lack of any man-made structures visible through the thick vegetation of the shoreline, fringed with tall coconut palms. Winding walkways lined with palm trees lead you to the reception with its thatched roofing that blends in perfectly with the natural surroundings.
Situated at a more remote location on the easternmost tip of North Male' Atoll, Meeru Resort is reached by a speedboat ride from the airport. Some 50 km from the capital of Male, the transfer will take you through some of the most exciting ocean scenery imaginable as you watch the flying fish leap out of the water and skim the surface for several meters at a time, or if you are lucky, you will see the dolphins putting on a show to give you some excitement during your trip.

On your arrival at Male' International Airport, meet and greet services are arranged by local hosts who will be holding a name sign with WHL markings. You will be escorted to the transfers waiting area from where your transfer will take 60 minutes by speedboat or 20 minutes by seaplane.
