- Wtihin 55 days of arrival = 50% cancellation charges.
- Within 35 days of arrival = 100% cancellation charges.

- Within 20 days of arrival = 50% cancellation charges.
- Within 12 days of arrival = 100% cancellation charges.
Compulsory Speed Boat Transfers
Airport transfers by speedboat will be charged at US$125 per adult and US$70 per child for the roundtrip. Speedboat transfers will be combined with the guests arriving by same flight or same time.
Meal Rates

- Dinner US$95
- Childrern under 12 years = 50% meal rate discount.
Minimum Stay
For any reservations between the peak periods of 24th December 2008 to 09th January 2009, a minimum of 07 nights stay is required and no checkouts are allowed on 30th December, 31st December and 1st January, for all room categories except suites
