- Rooms used from 12:00 noon to 22:30 hours will be charged at the day-use rate.
- Rooms occupied after 22:30 hours will be charged at the one night rate.
- Day-use rooms are available for a maximum of 8 ½ hours with check-out time no later than 22:30 hours.

All cancellations must be made in writing and must be acknowledged by the Hotel. No cancellation fee will be charged if cancellations are made before the following dates :
- During normal season : 14 days prior to arrival
- During high season : 21 days prior to arrival
- During festive period : 45 days prior to arrival
