Late check out policy:

- Late check-out until 6 pm is charged at 50% of the room rate.
- Late check-out beyond 6 pm is charged at 100% of the room rate.

Policy on children staying with parents:

Due to the nature and setting of the resort, children under 12 years old are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy:

- 35 days prior to the date of arrival: chargeable at 50% of the confirmed rate(s).
- 21 days prior to the date of arrival: chargeable at 100% of the confirmed rate(s).

- 50 days prior to the date of arrival: chargeable at 50% of the confirmed rate(s).
- 35 days prior to the date of arrival: chargeable at 100% of the confirmed rate(s).
- No-show or under stay: total rate of the entire length of stay shall be chargeable 

 

Other disclosures:

Transportation (Compulsory)
- Speedboat transfers are arranged according to the flight details provided, combined with other guests arriving and departing the same time.
- Transfers are charged at US$120 per adult.

Minimum stay requirement:
A minimum of 7 nights is required during peak season (December 20 - January 10, all dates inclusive).
